This notice applies to this KeepKey Wallet information website. It is provided by Key Hodlers, LLC, doing business as KeepKey, a Delaware limited liability company (“KeepKey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The separate Mobile Privacy Policyexplains data handling inside the KeepKey Wallet Android app. Other KeepKey services and third-party sites may publish their own notices.

The site does not require an account and does not collect recovery phrases, private keys or wallet contents. Our hosting and security provider may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, request time, browser and device information, requested URL, referrer and security events.

If you email KeepKey, we and the service you use receive the address, message, attachments and other details you choose to send. Never send a recovery phrase, private key, passcode or backup password.

Technical information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site. Messages are used to respond, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Information may be handled by service providers acting for KeepKey, disclosed when required by valid legal process, or transferred with the relevant business subject to law.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance. This site currently has no advertising pixels or non-essential analytics. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Links to Google Play, documentation, email and other services lead to organizations that control their own data practices. Hosting, email and support services may process information outside your country, where privacy rules can differ. Their notices and applicable law govern that processing.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of personal data KeepKey controls. Rights may be limited where we cannot identify the data or must keep it for security or legal reasons.

Use the privacy request page to submit a request. We will never ask for wallet secrets to verify you.

We may update this notice as the site, providers or law changes. The current version and date will remain at this URL.
