01
Requests you can make
Depending on the law where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or information about personal data that Key Hodlers, LLC can reasonably identify as yours. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent for optional analytics.
KeepKey Wallet does not create a hosted wallet account. Most wallet data is stored only on your phone, and KeepKey may have no central wallet record associated with you.
02
What KeepKey can—and cannot—delete
Where identifiable and legally permitted, a request can cover:
- messages and attachments you sent to KeepKey support;
- optional KeepKey analytics if the relevant pseudonymous installation identifier can be provided and the service can still locate it; and
- other records controlled by KeepKey and reasonably linked to you.
KeepKey cannot remotely delete:
- wallets, contacts, settings or backups stored only on your device;
- files stored with a provider you selected;
- passkeys controlled by your credential provider;
- public blockchain records; or
- data controlled independently by a blockchain node, dApp, RPC, WalletConnect relay, swap provider or other third party.

Delete local wallet data
To remove a wallet, use the wallet-management controls in the App. To remove all local App data, use Android Settings to clear KeepKey Wallet storage or uninstall the App.
Back up first. Clearing App data or uninstalling can permanently remove your only local access. Confirm that you have a valid recovery method before deleting anything.

Submit a privacy request

Verification and response
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the email or support record involved. We will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key, App passcode, passkey secret or backup password.
We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where we cannot verify it, cannot link a pseudonymous record to you, do not control the data, or must retain information for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Where required, we will explain the decision and available appeal or complaint options.
